Position: Store Manager

Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join our team at Suburban Tire. In this role, you will lead daily operations at our retail location, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of staff and our operations. Your leadership will be vital in driving sales and maintaining our reputation as a top tire retailer.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring every guest receives expert service and recommendations
• Oversee inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote store offerings and drive sales growth.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Negotiate with vendors for pricing and product availability as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment that meets company standards.
